The Company

The company will be owned and operated solely by Mr. Chek Dominicile. Mr. Domisile, has 12 years of industry experience. These years of experience will be leveraged to develop a competitive advantage, along with an unapproachable level of professionalism.

Selle Domisile is Chek’s wife and will be a paid advisor. Selle is a residential realtor and has been for 10 years. She will make sure that her existing relationships are used to refer people to Inspect A Bode. The company doesn’t plan to hire additional employees, and all accounting and bookkeeping will be outsourced.


The company offers a range of inspection services. These include foundation inspections to look for cracks, settlement and moisture influx. Check for leaks and damage to plumbing, as well as checking for proper water pressure. An electrical inspection is performed by the company to check for shorts, loose wires, shock/fire hazards, and the proper operation of Ground Fault Interrupt (GFI), receptacles.
