Although there is no direct competition for us, we compete with everyone. Our unique niche in an older market is what gives us our competitive edge. Although restaurants, cafes, bakeries, ice cream shops, etc have an established position in the marketplace, none are quite like Rutabaga Sweets. Our customers will have a totally new experience and a better product. There is no other place where they can see a professional chef making gourmet desserts directly in front of their eyes. The Food Network is extremely popular and shows the public’s growing interest in being a participant in the kitchen.
