Regali Luxuri is run by Kaethe and Bensai Villanova. Regali Luxuri is an exclusive gift boutique that can be found in Treschicburg’s warehouse district. We offer a wide selection of high quality merchandise including customized business cards and greetings cards as well as home accents and personalized apparel. Regali Luxuri targets middle-to high-income clients. The company image represents what customers want in home accents, gifts and gifts. It is modern and urban. What sets our company apart from other specialty shops is the printing services that we offer, as well as our unique product line and a selection of exclusive products we made ourselves.

We will have a site for Regali Luxuri before the Grand Opening. Regali Luxuri will break-even within the first year, while in year two we expect to turn a moderate profit. Some future growth plans for Regali Luxuri include: physically expanding the location to include the 2nd level of our live/work unit; broadening our unique product line; hiring individuals to design for our proprietary merchandise; developing and implementing e-commerce to our existing website in year three; and establishing a mail order catalog.

We formed our company as an “8220” S&#8221 corporation. Bensai & Kaethe, together, have spent many years in research, personal finances, and time in developing our home-based enterprise into a successful retail location. Each of us contributed an equity investment to the retail location’s opening. Although we don’t have much experience in the retail business, Kaethe and I have five years of combined retail and accounting experience. Additionally, we both took entrepreneurial and management classes at the University SBDC (small businesses development center). Continuous education and our years of experience help us to manage daily operations and train future employees.

  • Generate total sales revenue to establish a profit at the end of year one.
  • Implement ecommerce capabilities for existing company websites by year three
  • In year three, establish a growth rate of around 20% annually.
  • Keep the direct cost of sales below 45%
  • In the second year, 50% of our merchandise will be made into proprietary products.
  • In the first year, establish our company as a top ‘#8220Brand Recognized’#8221 name in the community.
