Family Fair, Incorporated would like to purchase the Market Plaza Theater, which is currently vacant, and operate it as the Market Plaza Showplace (Showplace), an entertainment venue in Trinity, Texas. Family Fair will refurbish the building, which is located among the many restaurants and shops of the Market Plaza Business Center. The area is currently without any such operation. There are no bars or clubs that offer live entertainment.
The Showplace will offer high-quality, wholesome, and affordable live entertainment in a clean, quaint, and elegant facility. The Showplace will offer entertainment for families in the community that is family-oriented, without the need to travel to larger cities.
It will immediately generate cash and provide a great return on its shareholders. This plan is conservatively based upon two regular shows per weeks and a minimum amount of special events. No revenue is expected for special artist shows, weekday Branson, Missouri type productions, holiday season special presentations or special artist showcases. The facility will also be promoted to large corporations for corporate events. It will also be available for private event scheduling. Additional revenue-generating operations such as audio and/or video recording, sponsored broadcasts and eventual syndication will be available in the future.
The Family Fair executive team has the expertise, experience, and commitment to make the venture a highly successful operation. It will quickly be a popular entertainment venue in Southwest and gain national exposure. An appendix provides financial information.
