Jean William has started William’s Environmental due to the incredible growth of Webster County housing over the last three years. In addition, Webster County has approved a rebate program for replacing older septic tanks.
William’’s Environmental has more than 25 years of waste management experience. Jean was the general contractor at Hayes Honeybucket Services ten years before starting William’8217;s Environmental. Her staff also have more than fifteen years of experience serving Webster County customers. Jean has established strong relationships with property managers, builders and homeowners.
For this year, the county expects to start 2,000 additional housing units. There are currently 80,000 homes within the county. 50% of these homes are equipped with underground tanks for managing waste.
Webster County approved a program which will help owners of underground tanks with septic tanks 15 years or older replace their tanks. New program will pay as much as 40% of the replacement costs. The program begins in May this year. According to the county, 40% of these homes have underground tanks that need to be replaced in order for ground water contamination to be minimized. This represents over 20,000 homes that need new underground tanks.
William’s Environmental Plans are an assault on homes this program targets. Company has hired a full time salesperson to help with this endeavor. William’s Environmental is offering to handle all the paper work to get the home approved for assistance. This is important as many of these houses have elderly owners.
